Beyond The Cabin wins the 2018 Royal Palm Literary Award for Best Thriller!
The Baby Jesus Thief, wins two awards presented by the Southeastern Writers Association
Dana is thrilled to announce that her short story, The Baby Jesus Thief, won two awards at the recent Southeastern Writers Association Workshop. The story received the Award for Excellence in Inspirational Writing sponsored and presented by Mary Stripling. The story also won the Angel Award for Holiday Seasonal Writing sponsored by Lee and Emily Sue Harvey and presented by Dawn Burr.
Beyond The Cabin won the Bronze/3rd Place award in the 2018 Feathered Quill Book Awards Program for the Mystery category!

Dana is thrilled to announce that her new novel, Beyond The Cabin, won it's first literary award: The Hal Bernard Award for best novel, presented by the Southeastern Writers Association. Dana was in attendance and accepted the award from H. W. "Buzz" Bernard, an award winning author himself and son of Hal Bernard.

Behind The Mask awarded first place in the Action/Adventure category at the Next Generation Indie Book Awards
Award Banquets held for both the Chanticleer International Book Awards the and IBPA Benjamin Franklin Awards
Dana had the opportunity to attend the Award banquets for both the Chanticleer International Book Awards in Bellingham, WA and the IPBA Benjamin Franklin Awards held in Portland, OR. She is thrilled to announce that Behind The Mask won first place at the Chanticleer International Book Awards in her category and was awarded the silver medal for Best New Voice in Fiction at the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Awards. The award ceremonies were made even more special because her life-long best friend, Scott Rhodes, was able to attend both events with her.
